Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ inbound and outbound phone interactions per day across Customer Service, Application by Phone, and Verifications
- Guide applicants through the loan application process from start to finish
- Review and verify financial and identity documents submitted by borrowers
- Calculate and verify customer income and detect suspicious or fraudulent applications
- Answer product questions and provide technical troubleshooting assistance
- Meet or exceed production, quality, and customer service performance goals
- Maintain subject-matter expertise on products and adapt to changing policies and procedures
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
