The Talent Team is the heartbeat of UWM, it’s essential to our continued growth and success. As a University Recruiter, you are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of our Summer Internship Program, including: job posting management through Handshake & LinkedIn, sourcing prospective candidates, collaborating with senior leadership throughout the company, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, extending offers and completing necessary paperwork to on-board the Summer Team Members. On top of day-to-day recruiting efforts, the University Recruiter also supports the Campus Ambassador & Externship Programs. University Recruiters work with a high sense of urgency, have the ability to multi-task and can handle multiple projects at once.
This role requires onsite attendance in our Pontiac office and local travel.
