• Manage the administration of technical projects and review key milestones until completion.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to meet overall project objectives.
• Own the full lifecycle of technical programs — from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support.
• Create detailed work breakdown structures, set milestones, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technology planning initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting
• Own and manage the relationship with Corebridge, ensuring effective configuration, data integrity, and user adoption
• Optimize platform integrations and workflows with other systems
• Evaluate new tools and technologies
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability across all locations
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations and industry best practices
• Monitor and mitigate cyber risks, including endpoint protection, threat detection, and data loss prevention
• Administer system-wide email platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), ensuring security, availability, and ease of use
• Manage permissions, access controls, and distribution lists
• Develop training programs to increase technical literacy across the system
• Franchisee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for our franchise network, providing assistance and solutions for technical issues, particularly related to SAR Connect / Gorilla Dash. [email protected] online and call-in problem resolution for franchisees. Consults with franchisee to ascertain and define need or problem areas, determine scope of investigation required for solution; follows up with resolution to franchisee. Train on SAR Connect / Gorilla Dash.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues by offering clear instructions, troubleshooting steps, and escalating issues when necessary. Timely and thorough problem resolution; including regular monitor of support queue, timely assignment to correct department, monitor resolution time, and feedback to issue originator.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity through regular checks, validations, and resolving any database inconsistencies or errors
• Training: Develop and deliver training materials to enhance understanding and utilization of SAR Connect / Gorilla Dash and other relevant technologies.
• System Email Database: Responsible for system wide switch to Office 365 and the ongoing support of email integration
• Quality Assurance: Uphold service standards by delivering high-quality support, clear communication, and timely solutions. Advises Support Department on issues identified through communication with franchisees.
