Automating browser workflows is often a frustrating and time-consuming task for engineers and operators. At Felicity, our mission is to deliver a browser automation platform that combines elegant UI with blazing fast performance. We believe AI should enhance, not replace, structured systems. By layering AI with deterministic execution, Felicity delivers faster and more reliable outcomes than purely agentic tooling.
We’re currently focused on the healthcare vertical, a space where manual workflows, data entry, and repetitive tasks are especially prevalent. Founded in late 2024, Felicity is already the browser automation platform of choice for several healthcare companies.
We’ve raised $5.75M from top investors including Accel, XYZ, and Afore. You will join a small team of staff engineers from Square, Google, Oscar, Palantir, and Apple.
Tech
A real-time no-code editor built into a Chrome extension, powered by WXT. Advanced synchronization technology using CRDTs that allows live updates and consistency across multiple tabs and browsers.
Proprietary execution engine, inspired by Playwright, built for speed and bulk runs on your local Chrome.
Browser Automation Language (BAL) - our DSL that abstracts away instructions from execution and encodes common web paradigms.
What you’ll do
Design and develop a Cursor-like chat to help operators and engineers quickly build and iterate on our DSL.
Build robust self-healing mechanisms for broken automation steps and expand support for more advanced AI-driven actions.
Increase observability of our LLM usage to reduce latency, cost, and token consumption.
Develop evaluation frameworks to rigorously assess and improve prompt quality, model performance, and output reliability.
Partner directly with the founders to prioritize roadmap, scope projects, and ship iteratively.
You might be a good fit if you have
Strong software engineering skills (Typescript required).
4+ years working as a software engineer, preferably with a focus on frontend.
Built LLM-driven products and are familiar with techniques such as prompt engineering, chunking and fine-tuning.
Worked at a hyper-growth startup.
Bonus: A deep understanding of web technologies.
Bonus: Experience building Chrome extensions.
