As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions that improve core business workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and engineers—to build scalable, user-focused features while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance. The role focuses on both front-end and back-end development, involving modern web technologies, microservices, and cloud-based architectures. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the product strategy while solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Accountabilities

·         Architect, design, and implement end-to-end user-facing features for key workflows.

·         Collaborate with product managers and designers to prototype and deliver high-impact features.

·         Build and maintain microservices and micro-frontend components for core applications.

·         Enhance accounting and financial workflows, including invoice creation, job costing, and analytics.

·         Update front-end experiences to handle high-volume usage and improve user efficiency.

·         Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.

·         Participate in code reviews, debugging, profiling, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

·         8+ years of industry experience in software development.

·         Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases.

·         Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Knockout.js; HTML5 and JavaScript proficiency.

·         Strong understanding of user-centered design and ability to empathize with user experience.

·         Data-driven approach to product decisions, including experience with A/B testing.

·         Proficient with Git, unit testing, debugging, Visual Studio, JIRA, and other developer tools.

·         B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

·         Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear technical documentation.

·         Competitive salary range: $151,100 - $202,100 USD, plus annual bonus, equity, and total compensation package.
