MES Solution Architect (Remote - US)

As a MES Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for defining solution architectures, upgrading existing systems, and ensuring seamless integration of MES platforms across production environments. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence core manufacturing processes, lead site implementations, and ensure high-quality delivery within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Accountabilities

·         Lead the design, development, and implementation of MES solutions to support operational and business objectives.

·         Drive upgrade planning, solution architecture, and workflow development for manufacturing sites.

·         Translate user requirements and production processes into effective MES configurations and CIO maps.

·         Oversee site-level implementation of Camstar MES and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

·         Allocate and distribute work within the project team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business goals.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

·         Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead in MES implementations.

·         Strong knowledge of MES platforms (especially Camstar) and manufacturing workflows.

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to understand complex processes.

·         Strong leadership abilities, with experience coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams.

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable and results-oriented.

·         Ability to learn quickly and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
