Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend Java code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze large datasets and contribute to building data-driven solutions, including reporting and auditing systems.
• Integrate APIs, web-based UI components, and access control mechanisms into backend systems.
• Provide input on architecture decisions, share knowledge, and help improve development processes and practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Java and solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with related technologies such as Python, Scala, Django, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to continuously learn and apply new technologies.
