Casium is building the fastest, most comprehensive business immigration solution. We bring together human expertise and AI innovation to help companies secure top global talent with speed, clarity, and compliance.
Talent is global. But the immigration system wasn’t built for speed, clarity, or scale. Founders wait months to start companies. Engineers lose job offers to visa delays. HR teams drown in compliance paperwork. We’re rebuilding immigration from the ground up using AI, automation, and expert legal oversight - to make filing for a visa as seamless as signing an offer letter.
Immigration is not just paperwork - it’s access. Access to jobs, teams, opportunity. For companies, delays mean lost hires. For individuals, it can mean the end of a dream. We’ve already helped dozens of companies identify how to hire the top talent they want, retain key engineers, and unlock new markets—all while reducing legal spend by 30–50%. We are the bridge between great talent and the opportunities they deserve.
We serve top-tier talent and teams, including startup founders from the AI2 Incubator, talent from Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon, and VC-backed companies hiring global operators. We’ve had zero customer churn to date and our customers consistently tell us Casium is the best immigration experience they’ve ever had. We’ve built a reputation for speed, transparency, and care and it shows in our word-of-mouth growth and extremely high approval record to date. We’re just getting started and the demand is already outpacing what we can build.
We’re well funded and backed by world-class investors and operators across AI, SaaS, and global mobility who believe the future of innovation depends on global talent and that Casium will power it.
If you want to build fast, own your work end-to-end, and make a real impact on real people’s lives, we’d love to talk. We’re hiring across engineering, legal ops, and growth. Reach out. We’ll show you what we’re building.
We are fundamentally an engineering-driven company, and as we enter our next chapter, we're investing deeply in AI-native products to reshape how software empowers businesses. We believe in building full-stack, vertically integrated solutions that redefine high skilled immigration petition workflows through automation, agents, and intelligent interfaces.
We’re looking for an experienced AI Product Engineer to join our early efforts in defining legal processing experiences through an AI-first lens. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of AI capabilities and product experience, someone excited to craft intelligent, user-facing features from the ground up and push the boundaries of what’s possible with LLMs and agentic workflows. This role is at the intersection of AI and product engineering, focused on taking LLMs and agentic workflows from idea → prototype → production. We are building real systems that make immigration faster, more reliable, and less painful for extraordinary people and the companies hiring them.
You’ll work alongside product, engineering, and design to build novel customer-facing products and AI-powered internal tooling. This is a highly cross-functional role with high ownership, a fast feedback loop, and deep impact on how Casium’s processes work.
Ship new AI-native product experiences across Casium, from 0→1 prototypes to scaled production systems
Build LLM-powered agents that autonomously reason through complex workflows
Contribute to our evolving AI product stack: prompt orchestration, context engineering, evals, embeddings, and retrieval systems
Develop backend services that incorporate AI into user experiences
Collaborate closely with AI platform, infra, and design to push the capabilities of our internal and external tooling
Stay on the bleeding edge of the AI ecosystem (tools like Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Agent SDK, MCPs, etc.) and identify where and how we can adopt emerging techniques
Influence Casium’s broader AI product strategy and technical vision
2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack work.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features into production.
Comfort working with Python, Postgres, and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy).
Fluency with modern LLM platforms, AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code), and prompt/retrieval/orchestration techniques.
Bias toward rapid experimentation, balanced by an ability to make systems reliable at scale.
Experience with or interest in AI-native workflows (RAG pipelines, vector DBs, LLM observability, evals, agents, dev tooling).
A deep interest in being an early adopter of the best AI products and bringing their learnings into Casium
Exposure to or interest in frontend development (React/Next.js, TypeScript).
Strong product sense and ability to balance correctness with speed.
Startup experience or aspiring founder, you want to own outcomes, not just ship tickets.
Mission-Driven Impact. Immigration is opaque, expensive, exclusionary. We’re helping extraordinary people stay in the U.S. and build the future.
AI is at the core. We’re not bolting AI onto CRUD apps. We’re rethinking an industry from first principles with automation, agents, and intelligent interfaces.
Big market, huge stakes. Business immigration is multi-billion and underserved. We’ve already proven demand with paying customers and real growth.
Early but de-risked. As an early team member, you will shape the product, culture, and direction of our company. Backed by AI2 Incubator and top-tier VCs/angels, with meaningful early traction.
You’ll shape the company. As a founding AI engineer, your fingerprints will be on product, stack, and culture.
Hard problems, real impact. Not novelty demos. Applied AI in a domain that demands correctness.
Learning opportunities. With AI2 as a co-founder, you’ll have access to world-class researchers, engineers, and a vibrant AI community.
You want research papers, not applied systems.
You need clean specs handed down from a PM.
You prefer safe, predictable environments.
You’re uncomfortable with end-to-end ownership and moving quickly.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
