This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of program data across multiple projects. You will manage and maintain the back-end of reporting systems and dashboards, integrating SQL and other data sources to provide decision-ready insights. Working closely with analysts and program managers, you will design data dictionaries, implement quality checks, and automate reporting cycles to deliver validated metrics for leadership. Your work ensures that portfolio-level dashboards are reliable, timely, and actionable, supporting program oversight, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. This position combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
· Maintain and manage the back-end of reporting systems and Power BI environments.
· Integrate SQL and other data sources to ensure seamless portfolio-level dashboard updates.
· Design and maintain data dictionaries, refresh schedules, and quality assurance checks.
· Collaborate with analysts and program managers to translate raw data into actionable insights.
· Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
· Support data governance, privacy standards, and compliance across all reporting activities.
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· 4+ years of experience in data management or related technical roles.
· Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Power BI, including VA-hosted environments.
· Experience maintaining data integrity, automating reporting cycles, and managing recurring reports.
· Knowledge of healthcare program data systems and federal data governance standards (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP) preferred.
· Familiarity with portfolio dashboards, KPI roll-ups, and multi-project reporting.
