We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end congress and life sciences events. In this role, you will manage in-person and virtual engagements, ensuring seamless execution from planning through post-event analysis. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences that drive meaningful connections with healthcare professionals. This position requires strong project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have a direct impact on service offerings and customer satisfaction while contributing to process improvement and product development. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for travel and professional growth.

Accountabilities

·         Plan, execute, and manage congresses, life sciences events, webinars, advisory boards, and standalone meetings from start to finish.

·         Build, configure, and launch web and mobile event applications, ensuring attendee engagement and seamless functionality.

·         Communicate professionally with customers, KOLs, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations across the project lifecycle.

·         Coordinate onsite and virtual event logistics, including vendor management, field team training, booth setup, and speaker preparation.

·         Ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and legal review workflows while balancing business objectives.

·         Analyze event performance data and deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

·         Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve technical, operational, and logistical challenges to guarantee smooth event execution.

·         2+ years of experience in congress, life sciences, or pharma event project management.

·         Expertise in KOL engagement, mapping, appointment management, and stakeholder coordination.

·         Strong knowledge of event approval workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the life sciences industry.

·         Proficiency in building and configuring event apps, with experience in platforms such as SpotMe/Onomi, Veeva CRM, Veeva Link, Cvent, or similar.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines, including occasional weekend and travel requirements.
