Over the past twelve months, we’ve made considerable investments in our Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams. We’re now hiring a Solutions Engineer for our newly formed post-sales Solutions Engineering team. In this role you’ll be responsible for the technical onboarding of our Search product, writing custom code to integrate our solutions within our client’s environments to ensure seamless implementations.
As a founding member of our Solutions Engineering team, you’ll also help build and mature our Solutions Engineering practices. One day, you might document technical solutions, the next day you might develop and refine our implementation process. From a technical perspective, you’ll need a deep understanding of cloud technologies, be comfortable with full-stack engineering, and specialize in UI development.

Lead Technical Onboarding: Guide clients through the technical aspects of onboarding our Search product, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Create Custom Code: Write and maintain custom code to integrate our solutions with client systems, tailored to meet specific client needs.
Leverage UI Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of front-end technologies to design and implement reliable solutions. You’ll have an opportunity to lead UI development on our Solutions Engineering team.
Research Solutions: Quickly research and develop innovative solutions to address client challenges and improve our product offerings.
Support Clients: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the onboarding process.
Continually Learn: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Collaborate: Work closely with our product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client success and drive product improvements.
About 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a customer facing role.
Familiarity with modern UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience in a client-facing role with a strong customer service orientation.
Experience developing in CMS technologies, preferably Drupal a plus.
Excellent programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP is ideal.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ideally, experience with search technologies (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc.) and/or familiarity with Web crawling and data extraction.

Base Salary: The initial OTE for this role is estimated to range from $115,000 to $130,000.
Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.
