Skills
- 7-10 years professional software development experience
- Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language
- Deep experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake)
- Solid understanding of scalable, distributed system design principles
- Proficient across full development lifecycle: coding, reviews, source control, testing, operations
- Collaborative, resourceful, and quality-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services that integrate with internal and external systems
- Build data processing applications that handle and enrich billions of daily ad events
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote best practices
- Work in Agile teams to design, build, test, and support technical solutions
- Continuously release features using automated infrastructure-as-code deployment tools
- Investigate, debug, and resolve production incidents and system issues
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
