Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems and prioritize growth opportunities
- Assess and recommend partnerships, integrations, and new distribution channels
- Work with engineering to design, implement, and deliver product solutions
- Lead AI/automation pilots and A/B tests to improve conversion and sales efficiency
- Create and maintain KPI reporting and present insights to team and leadership
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment across teams
- Support training and adoption of product updates, features, and processes
- Contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in data analysis, product management, or automation are a plus
