Senior Manager, Client Marketing

Twin Health builds The Whole Body Digital Twin™ to empower people and clinicians to prevent, reverse, and manage chronic metabolic disease. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Marketing to own client-facing marketing strategy and execution that drives member registration, activation, and business growth across health plan partners. The role balances strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Implementation, Client Success, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data teams.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B2C marketing and campaign execution in complex client ecosystems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns
  • Client-facing communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and drive optimizations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Lightdash, and common marketing tools (email, SMS, analytics)
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance requirements in healthcare settings

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client marketing strategies across plan-owned and employer-facing channels to maximize engagement and registrations.
  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, direct mail, webinars, events, newsletters, and referral programs.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for assigned clients and support onboarding and implementation for new launches and expansions.
  • Create and scale repeatable campaign processes, playbooks, and channel guidelines to improve efficiency and reduce custom work.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on creative and targeting to optimize outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Data Engineering, Clinical Ops, and Partner Experience to ensure data quality, compliance, and actionable insights.
  • Enable internal teams with documentation, campaign calendars, and client-specific recommendations and training.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
