Overview
BryceTech is seeking a highly motivated Market and Data Outreach Specialist to support the International Trade Administration’s Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of International Engagement (OIE). This role focuses on developing and executing strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement and improve the visibility and impact of ITA programs. The specialist will leverage data-driven approaches to design communication plans, implement outreach strategies, and track performance metrics that measure engagement and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and execute communication plans and outreach strategies under the direction of the OIE Deputy Director.
Support branding, strategic communications, and marketing efforts by identifying target audiences and leveraging appropriate media platforms.
Design and implement pilot programs for paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to improve targeted outreach.
Coordinate with program offices and communication specialists to ensure efficient, accurate, and impactful delivery of information.
Track, analyze, and report on external communication metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Apply knowledge of web analytics and website publishing to enhance outreach impact and optimize digital presence.
Maintain strong organizational practices to ensure accuracy and timeliness in content delivery.
Provide recommendations for outreach process improvements and content optimization based on data insights.
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, outreach, or data-driven engagement.
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid digital media campaigns, particularly on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Familiarity with communication metrics, data visualization tools, and KPIs.
Experience with SharePoint and PowerBI or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Prior experience supporting federal programs or working in a government contracting environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication or outreach campaigns.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with web publishing platforms, web analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
U.S. citizenship required.
