Jordan Digital Marketing is a remote-first, remote-always digital marketing agency. We focus on paid media, SEO, and content marketing to deliver best-in-class results for startups, predominantly in B2B, B2C, SaaS, and Fintech. We drive real business growth for our clients by acting as an extension of their in-house team. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Own cross-channel strategy for key accounts
Execute strategy on platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra, and Twitter
Lead client calls, analyze performance, and recommend next steps
Conduct strategic planning and optimization efforts
Collaborate with clients and make recommendations to achieve goals
Develop and implement testing strategies to increase advertising efficiency
Utilize in-house and 3rd party tools to drive results
Report on KPIs and clearly communicate insights to clients
Mentor and train team members
Lead team training sessions for the Performance Marketing team
Develop new strategies to help your clients achieve success
You Have
5+ years of experience in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) campaign management
3+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role (owning communication, leading calls, all that good stuff)
Experience training team members on paid media channels
Technical skills across multiple platforms and disciplines
Experience setting up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Segment
Proven experience with developing new advertising strategies and ideas for clients
A track record of creating and optimizing conversion-focused campaigns
Thinking outside the box: you are quick on your feet and can quickly come up with creative campaign strategies to meet client goals
An eye for detail: you can speak at a high level and get in the weeds.
Excellent communication skills: you can easily hold conversations with contacts who are new to digital marketing and Chief Marketing Officers.
Bachelor's degree or other relevant professional certifications are a plus, but if you have the experience, a piece of paper doesn’t really matter.
We Would Appreciate if you Have
The ability to discern client needs and turn them into action
Experience running multiple paid channels and figuring out new ones
Experience leading meetings via Zoom or Teams
Experience managing at least 1 - 3 direct reports
Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack
An understanding of other marketing disciplines like CRO, organic social, email, etc.
