We’re looking for a high performing and motivated individual to join our AI Apps marketing
team as a Senior Marketing Associate. The Senior Marketing Associate will help execute on our marketing plans and collaborate with different functional groups (Sales Teams, Medical
Affairs, Legal, Product, events, digital, communications, design) to help support our AI Apps business in various campaigns and projects.
How You’ll Contribute
Responsible for creating marketing campaigns throughout various channels, including email, web, social, etc.
Support sales throughout a wide range of initiatives, like creating sales enablement tools, identifying success stories, case studies, training, creating pitches, product launch support, etc.
Responsible for the legal, regulatory, and medical approval process for all external facing marketing materials.
Reporting campaign KPIs, website analytics, campaign execution, webinars, and help direct the Marketing team to opportunities that are most important for success, based on the metrics we have available.
Lead marketing programs for key conferences
Operational support across the marketing team and AI Apps business
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of marketing experience preferred
Strong organization and project management skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Agility and flexibility to pivot projects quickly based on business need
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and solve problems quickly
Self starter that can get up to speed with little oversight, resourceful and flexible
Responds to changes quickly and thoughtfully
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Experience with marketing and project management tech stack preferred (e.g. CODA, Highspot, Marketo)
Proficiency in GenAI tools required
College degree required

Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
