We currently have 50+ employees, including 20 engineers, and have doubled our size in the last 12 months. We’re continuing to grow rapidly as we launch and scale multiple AI agents this year.
We're looking for a high-agency, relentlessly resourceful Operations Generalist to keep Trunk Tools running like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations—owning logistics, delighting teammates, and supporting key people, office, and IT workflows.
This is a highly dynamic role with rapid growth potential. You'll bring structure to chaos, take full ownership of core ops processes, and scale systems that support a fast-moving, high-output team. You’ll take full ownership of critical operations that keep the team productive, happy, and focused. Your work will span across:
Office & Workplace Experience – Manage daily logistics and ensure a seamless, well-stocked, and welcoming work environment
People & Culture Moments – Coordinate special team moments like celebrations, events, swag, and offsites
Systems & Tools Management – Set up and maintain access to internal systems, tools, and devices so teammates are ready to go from day one
Administrative Operations – Streamline core workflows related to travel, meetings, equipment, and vendor relationships
IT & Security Basics – Manage processes related to hardware, access, and basic information security protocols
You’ll also partner closely with our Operations team to support high-impact, cross-functional work, including:
People Operations – Help with onboarding, offboarding, performance tracking, and policy updates
Knowledge Management – Keep key resources and documentation organized and accessible
Process Development – Improve internal workflows to make us faster and more efficient as we scale
Legal & Compliance Coordination – Support documentation and logistics related to policies and employment actions
