The Role
Hybrid 3-days in our Soho office in NYC.
We’re hiring a Business Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our go-to-market and operations teams. This isn’t a sit-back-and-source role. You’ll partner closely with founders and hiring managers, build pipelines from scratch, close top candidates, and be relentless about bringing in the right people.

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A roles
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of business candidates through sourcing, referrals, outreach, and creative tactics
Run fast and efficient recruiting processes, from screens to closing
Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions, calibrate profiles, and align on what great looks like
Drive a smooth and human candidate experience at every step
Track metrics, move fast, and iterate constantly
Represent Trunk Tools at events, in outreach, and in how we show up as a company
Build our recruiting muscle while staying scrappy—we’re early, and everyone here wears multiple hats

Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
Experience hiring across go-to-market and business teams
Proven success sourcing, closing, and managing multiple searches at once
Strong judgment and intuition around talent and team dynamics
Clear, thoughtful communication and process instincts
Comfortable in a hybrid or in-office startup culture (we’re NYC-based)
Nice to Have
Experience as a founding recruiter or early recruiting hire
Exposure to hiring for technical roles

30-Minute Interview with a GTM Hiring Manager
This final step gives you the opportunity to meet a potential business partner and explore how you’d collaborate.
