WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Toyota’s Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated AI Technical Product Analyst III to join our innovative team.
In this role, you will drive the research and development of cutting-edge AI use cases that enhance project success rates and elevate the Toyota Customer Experience.
Reporting to the Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in enabling new applications of Generative AI to shape the future of mobility at Toyota Motors North America.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Success means delivering impactful AI solutions that align with business goals and delight users, while collaborating with diverse teams to bring ideas to life.
Define and communicate a compelling long-term vision and strategic roadmap for AI applications that align with Toyota’s business objectives and market trends.
Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, marketing, and business partners—to gather requirements and prioritize features that maximize product impact.
Drive the Agile product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of innovative, high-quality AI solutions through sprint planning and backlog management.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs, fueling continuous innovation.
Develop clear product documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs to guide development and ensure alignment.
Serve as the primary product liaison, providing strategic updates to senior leadership and maintaining transparency across the organization.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform ongoing improvements.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in AI.
Represent Toyota at industry events, showcasing AI innovations and building strategic relationships with thought leaders.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field that provides a strong foundation for this role.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or technical product ownership, with a focus on AI technologies and applications.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver complex AI products from concept to market.
Deep understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs that drive innovation.

Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or AWS Certified Machine Learning, that enhance your expertise.
