Responsibilities
- Define and own the Asset Management product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs aligned to BU and company objectives
- Conduct customer and market research across financiers, end consumers, and service partners to inform product decisions
- Partner with engineering, data, and design to run discovery, rapid testing, and iterative delivery with clear metrics
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with Platform, Devices, FinTech, Consumer, Business Systems and external partners
- Design and operationalize monitoring, alerting, reporting, and servicing workflows for energy assets
- Embed product management best practices and outcome‑based delivery across the team
- Leverage AI and data to accelerate discovery, improve productivity, and surface actionable insights
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to validate use cases and prove incremental investment needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (recommended)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
