Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall AI strategy in alignment with business and GTM objectives.
- Lead the product lifecycle for AI/ML-powered features across the SaaS platform targeting US SMBs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to architect scalable, secure, and user-friendly AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks into the platform.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class AI/ML product and engineering team.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership to prioritize roadmap, measure impact, and execute delivery.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with relevant US regulations.
- Represent Fincent externally in investor discussions, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant discipline preferred
