We are hiring a Product Operations Coordinator to join our high-performing Product organization. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is energized by building systems that create clarity, speed, and alignment. While this role can be remote, some occasional travel may be required for in-person planning sessions (approx. once per quarter).
As the Product Ops Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in operationalizing and streamlining our product development processes. You’ll be the connective tissue across the Product team and cross-functional stakeholders—ensuring communication flows, priorities are clear, and the team is working in rhythm. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about product development, loves operational excellence, and wants to grow into a future role in product, program management, or strategy.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills, is a systems-thinker, brings emotional intelligence to each communication, and thrives on making chaos manageable. If you are excited about supporting world-class product teams and love transforming ambiguity into structure, we want to hear from you.
Strong organizational and project management skills—able to drive multiple streams of work to completion
Excellent communicator who can keep diverse stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and improving operational processes

Attention to detail while balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability
Proven ability to coordinate meetings, facilitate planning sessions, and synthesize input across teams
Bonus: Exposure to product management, customer insights, or GTM teams
We are a results-oriented culture and believe job descriptions are a thing of the past. We prescribe to 90-day plans and believe that good days lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90-day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a Product Ops Coordinator at Flock Safety.

Begin identifying repetitive workflows that could be streamlined or templatized
Start supporting early-stage product initiatives by helping gather requirements or draft lightweight planning docs
Present a proposal outlining gaps and best practices in our current product tools, documentation, and planning processes—with recommendations for improvement
Take initiative on one strategic project that supports a product team objective (e.g., onboarding experience, feedback loops, release communication)
Support on strategic initiatives by helping coordinate user research, competitive research, or roadmap inputs
Partner with PMs to ensure product documentation stays up-to-date and accessible
Provide operational support for upcoming product launches, helping with checklists, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Feeling unsure about applying?
That’s okay—we’ve felt that way too. Studies show that women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet every qualification. If this role excites you and aligns with where you want to grow, we encourage you to break the status quo and apply anyway.
The Interview Process
We want our interview process to be a true reflection of our culture: transparent and collaborative. Throughout the interview process, your recruiter will guide you through the next steps and ensure you feel prepared every step of the way.
Our First Chat: During this first conversation, you’ll meet with a recruiter to chat through your background, what you could bring to Flock, what you are looking for in your next role, and who we are.
The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field.
The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Engineers may find themselves in coding interviews or architecture discussions, sales roles may present mock discovery calls, and leadership roles may craft 90 day plans. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
