Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap from MVP through early scaling, translating vision into executable specs and milestones.
- Prioritize features and write clear product requirements that deliver measurable user value.
- Design and run growth experiments across paid and organic channels to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Test product-market fit through structured pilots with target personas and iterate based on results.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and ML teams to build, test, and iterate rapidly in high-velocity cycles.
- Shape distribution strategy including onboarding funnels, community loops, conversion tactics, and retention hooks.
- Build and maintain direct user feedback channels: conduct interviews, analyze behavior, and use insights to inform decisions.
- Partner with the founding team on narrative development, fundraising story, and early customer strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or formal training in product, behavioral science, or related fields is a plus
- Relevant coursework or experience in mental health, behavioral science, or consumer technology helpful
