Responsibilities
- Partner with the Managing Partner to refine and execute strategic vision for Product R&D and Partnering across Flagship.
- Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and infrastructure supporting research, clinical, regulatory, and commercial readiness.
- Build and lead an operations team to drive integrated R&D operations across product R&D and partnering groups.
- Provide oversight of project and program management to ensure integration across program operations.
- Lead strategic initiatives (e.g., product and portfolio governance, operationalizing P&PI, implementing PortfolioGPT and PM AI strategy).
- Coordinate with G&A functions and lead change management to ensure smooth interfaces and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks and implement best-practice compliance processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Education
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
- Relevant life sciences, business, or related degree; equivalent experience considered
