Weave is a product-led company with tight product-market fit and an amazing customer-focused culture. The Product Team at Weave operates in a development model where each product manager is expected to lead their team through the different stages of product development: Think It, Build It, Ship It, and Tweak It. We strive for high autonomy and high alignment through clear goals, OKRs and tight collaboration with engineering, support, product marketing, sales and customer success.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager will spearhead the creation of a revolutionary, end user-facing AI assistant. You will own the product strategy from the ground up, building an intelligent conversational AI that enables a consistent, secure, and compliant experience across every channel. The goal is to create a seamless journey where end users can get answers, schedule appointments, and manage their care with total confidence. By embedding HIPAA, TCPA, and PCI compliance into the product’s core architecture, you will ensure trust and regulatory adherence while delivering world-class usability. This frees up practice staff to concentrate on more complex, high-value tasks, allowing you to own the product vision and its successful execution by fostering strong partnerships across the organization.
The right candidate will have experience pulling together customer and stakeholder feedback and working closely with a development team to identify and build solutions that delight the customer while positively impacting their business. You must be comfortable diving deep into technical details with engineering teams, working across multiple teams across India and US time zones, and making a seamless experience for the end user. You understand your role in driving value, usability, feasibility, and business viability through a compliance-first approach.
This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) located in the Lehi, UT headquarters
Reports to: Director of Product
What You Will Own
Define, own, and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified conversational AI platform. This includes architecting a single conversational intelligence layer that orchestrates user interactions across all channels without fragmentation, maintaining context and compliance regardless of where the interaction starts or resumes.
Own the end-to-end conversational design process, including prompt engineering and the mapping of complex, multi-turn conversational flows for a wide range of end user requests.
Develop a framework for defining and implementing customer-specific conversational styles, ensuring each AI interaction is empathetic, trustworthy, and aligned with the customer’s needs.
Establish, monitor, and own a comprehensive suite of metrics to measure product performance and customer impact, including end user satisfaction, task completion rates, and staff time saved.
Conduct continuous market analysis and user research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation in end user engagement and healthcare AI.
Become the undisputed expert on our customers and end users, deeply understanding not just their workflows, but their conversational patterns, language, and the types of questions they ask.
Champion a continuous discovery process, analyzing call transcripts, chat logs, and user interviews to uncover insights into conversational behavior, user intent, and common points of confusion.
Translate customer and business needs, converting raw feedback and conversational data into a well-defined backlog of user stories, dialogue flows, and AI response requirements for the engineering team to execute.
Lead a dedicated product team of machine learning engineers, designers, and data analysts through the full product development lifecycle.
Continuously test and refine AI product behaviors and conversational quality using a mix of qualitative user feedback and data analytics.
Partner with engineering, design, and legal stakeholders to shape and enforce robust ethical guardrails, safety protocols, and intelligent escalation paths to human agents.
Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the product is technically excellent, relevant, and seamlessly integrated into the customer’s workflows.
Evangelize the product vision and progress to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to build alignment and drive adoption.
Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, and launch plans.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

Experience delivering AI-powered products that span channels like voice, SMS, email, or in-app chat with a track record of maintaining context and continuity across them.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
A deeply data-informed and analytical mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics to drive product decisions.
A profound sense of empathy and a genuine passion for solving complex problems to improve the lives of end users.
An active listener who is humble, always looking to learn, and skilled at removing ambiguity to drive projects forward.
What Will Make Us Love You

Understanding of how to measure and optimize conversational quality, with experience defining KPIs such as intent recognition accuracy, response relevance, and containment rate.
