Who We Are:

The Normal Brand is a family owned, fast-growing, apparel company that operates

online and in over 500 stores across the world. We believe that we can make

someone’s day better by greeting them with a smile, handing them a cold beverage,

What We Are Looking For:

TNB retail is rapidly growing with 12 stores and a focus on expansion. We’re looking for

a sharp, resourceful contract recruiter to help us build a strong pipeline of retail talent as

we continue to grow. This is a part-time, contract-based role focused on finding and

placing top-tier candidates for key store leadership and support roles—especially as we

open new stores and backfill critical positions.

At The Normal Brand, we’re building teams of people who provide top-tier service by

making people’s days better—and who sell clothes by maximizing their potential. We

look for hungry, humble, and competitive people, and we need a recruiter who knows

how to find them fast.

Speed matters. We’re looking for someone who can source quality candidates quickly,

set up interviews fast, and keep momentum high from first contact to placement. If

you’re scrappy, action-oriented, and love moving with urgency, we want to talk.

Responsibilities and Description:

  • 15–20 hours/week contract role
  • Performance-based comp structure with placement bonuses
  • Focused on Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Ambassador roles
  • Ability to build and maintain pipeline of talent for the company’s stores
  • Key player in supporting new store openings and growth
  • Potential to grow into a full-time role based on results
  • Flexible location (St. Louis preferred but not required)

Qualifications:

Above all, a person who joins our team must be three things: humble, hungry, smart (we

stole that from a book written by a guy much smarter than us). In addition to the humble,

hungry, and smart requirements for all teammates, for this role we are looking for:

  • Proven recruiting experience (retail strongly preferred)
  • Fast mover who can source, screen, and schedule with urgency
  • Strong instincts for talent and cultural fit
  • Self-starter with great follow-up and hustle
  • Can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
