What You’ll Be Doing:
The role of an executive assistant is important to the success of the executive and, as a result, the company. An executive assistant helps the executive for whom they work with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Collaboration Opportunities:
This role will be supporting the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President of Clinical Portfolio Management, and the Vice President of AI Strategy and Operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage complex calendars and prioritize meeting requests and events for the executive(s) including travel arrangements and other events for the executive(s).
Review, prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence on behalf of the executive(s), this also includes meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Organize and maintain records and databases related to the executive's work including preparing and edit papers, reports, presentations and other materials.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Research and analyze data and information to support the executive's decision making.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, partners and vendors. This includes collaborative, effective and positive communication with other company Executive Assistants on scheduling and other project tasks.
Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, time tracking, and other accounting tasks.
Manage and oversee projects and initiatives assigned by the executive(s) while anticipating the executives’ needs, priorities and provide solutions and recommendations.
Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the executive's goals and objectives.
Initiate and lead projects and initiatives that align with the executive's vision and strategy.
Compile staff meeting notes, highlighting key discussion points, action items, and deliverables. These will be shared with the team to ensure everyone is aligned.
Qualifications - Required
High school diploma or GED; associate degree in administrative assisting or related field preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role that included a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills, and other relevant software and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, creative and innovative mindset.
Available to work an 8-hour day during key business hours, starting at 8:00 AM EST.
Experience working in a Global Organization.

Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $$32/hr to $35/hr. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
