Sr. Admin Assistant III
Overview
The Judge Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant III to support our office operations and client services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and delivering excellent support to both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating a Vendor Management System.
Responsibilities
Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter client job orders and related information into our internal system (Edge)
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, interviews, communications, and activities
- Share documentation and updates with internal teams and maintain dashboards
Administrative Office Support
- Assist with timekeeping and invoice coding
- Coordinate FedEx shipments and manage office supply orders
- Set up skill assessments and prepare workstations for new hires
Client Support
- Navigate one Vendor Management System (VMS) to support client needs
- Pull and organize information related to job orders
Professional Development & Additional Duties
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Continuously develop relevant administrative and technical skills
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
