Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain badge access system; grant, revoke, and adjust access privileges
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems and assign appropriate access permissions
- Configure and supervise intrusion detection systems for effective monitoring
- Oversee service tickets and coordinate on-site vendor services
- Provide technical oversight for new security installations across municipal locations
- Prepare and deliver detailed access and audit reports to support compliance
- Maintain CJIS eligibility and follow background check requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- One year of responsible computer-related experience (required)
- At least one relevant technical certification (required)
- Some college coursework preferred
