Responsibilities
- Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks, reporting, and bulk changes
- Administer and manage Active Directory / Microsoft Entra and account lifecycle processes
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and related policies
- Configure and maintain email security (ProofPoint), DLP, MFA, conditional access, and compliance settings
- Troubleshoot complex server, networking, virtualization (VMware vSphere) and storage (SAN) issues
- Plan, submit and execute production changes following ITIL change management methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate scalable platform solutions
- Perform monitoring, tuning and maintenance of virtualization and backup/recovery systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of one certification specific to technical support division
- Valid driver's license
