Responsibilities
- Coordinate Auxiliary and Level of Effort reviews for projects
- Draft and manage Mayor & Council Communications ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process Water Department Policy Variance Requests including coordination and documentation
- Review Water Reconciliation Notices for timely processing of refunds
- Route Abandonment and Privatization Agreements for approval
- Manage and coordinate the section team’s calendar and workloads
- Update team Key Performance Indicators for management meetings
- Coordinate weekly team meetings including agendas and notes
- Manage team mailbox and filter emails for timely responses
- Order basic office supplies in coordination with purchasing coordinator
Education
- Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
