How Do You Fit In?
As the Specialist of Retail Activations at Fabletics, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the planning and execution all Retail Activations initiatives across the United States. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, manage logistics, and drive project efficiency to ensure consistent, high-quality retail experiences.
This position will report to the Director, Retail Activations.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing current and future Retail Activations initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Ops, Merchandising, Tech, Logistics, Field field teams, People team)
Manage travel, vendor, and accommodation logistics
Oversee activation inventory and recommend improvements
Act as a liaison between internal teams and logistics partners
Develop training materials and standardized processes for teams supporting Retail Activation Initiatives
Implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency with supporting teams
Actively participate to provide and nourish feedback from all levels of the organization
Travel nationwide to execute on-site activation initiatives
Promote Fabletics culture through collaboration and accountability for all team members both internally and externally
Required Skills
Proven ability to support projects start to finish while being detail-oriented, highly organized, process-driven but also full of creative ideas and big-picture thinking
A proactive team member who thrives in ambiguity and can manage multiple projects in various stages of completion
Detail-oriented and organized with project management experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong communicator and collaborator across departments and levels
Skilled in prioritizing, problem-solving, and adapting quickly
Passionate team player with a customer-first mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be 18+ years old
