Leadership is very transparent. Quarterly town halls where the CEO shares business updates, progress, and vision. CEO also is approachable and holds listening sessions with any interested employee. She's very invested in employees. Great portfolio of some very cool clients. Culture is important at the company. Good benefits including Mental Health Time and Wellness Perks. Nice group of people - everyone seems to get along well the offices and enjoys hanging out during our off-sites.Cons
