This role will act as the central editorial touchpoint—elevating and aligning all brand copy to ensure it feels cohesive, premium, and unmistakably Tapstitch across social, email, SMS, website, Help Center, SEO landing pages, blog, and our upcoming Academy.
In this position, you’ll review and refine copy drafted by channel owners, ensuring it hits our tone and quality bar before it goes live. You’ll also develop and maintain a Brand Copy Handbook, creating a shared language and clear standards for how Tapstitch communicates. This is an ideal role for someone who can blend editorial rigor with trend-forward creativity and wants to shape how the world experiences our brand.
