Lead Enterprise Product Marketing Manager

Synthesia is a leading AI video communications platform simplifying video production for businesses worldwide, trusted by top-tier brands and rapidly growing as a Series D startup. We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to drive positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for our Enterprise segment.

Skills

  • Strong background in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing
  • Experience crafting clear messaging, narratives, and compelling sales materials
  • Deep understanding of the B2B enterprise sales cycle and support needs
  • Ability to work independently and rapidly iterate on assets
  • Skilled at building and scaling go-to-market strategies

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, messaging, personas, and value propositions for the Enterprise segment
  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for enterprise products
  • Collaborate closely with customer marketing, sales enablement, SVP Marketing, and CRO
  • Develop sales enablement tools that effectively support the B2B sales cycle
  • Work alongside market intelligence and senior PMM teams to leverage customer insights and competitive intel

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
