- Proven experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Hands-on NetSuite experience
- Experience with expense management systems
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
- Comfort with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to support audit requests and regulatory compliance
- Effective cross-functional communication and ownership
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Support monthly and year-end close processes and variance analyses
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and related analysis
- Contribute to audit preparation and maintenance of internal controls
- Work with the Assistant Controller to enhance and streamline accounting processes
- Support implementation or integration of financial systems as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and transparent financial data
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- CPA preferred
