SweetRush is hiring freelance training facilitators for a pilot program to deliver AI training sessions to small businesses across the U.S., starting in Q1 2026.
Responsibilities: Conduct 2-4 AI training sessions per year in assigned locations, mentor local staff, gather participant feedback, and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
Skills: Experience in training delivery, exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of AI and technology tools are essential.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a corporate facilitator, exceptional communication skills, and a related Bachelor's degree are preferred.
Location: On-Site, Anchorage, AK and other selected pilot locations.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50 - $100 per hour.

About the Role
We are seeking 8-12 experienced facilitators to deliver 90-minute AI training sessions to small businesses across 25 markets nationwide. This is a pilot program launching in Q1 2026 with the goal of scaling AI adoption among small businesses throughout the United States.
SweetRush has created the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for a business association advocacy client, and we are hiring a group of facilitators to train members all across the country. Facilitators will be deployed to the geographic hub where they reside or are in proximity. They will work with the local members, who will serve as implementation partners and handle logistics, marketing, and participant recruitment.
