SweetRush is seeking a Learning Projects and Programs Manager to drive complex learning initiatives for a top hospitality brand. This role offers the opportunity to manage and coordinate cross-functional projects while ensuring effective learning solutions are delivered.
Responsibilities: The role involves establishing project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation while interfacing with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Skills: Candidates should have 4-7 years of project management and Learning & Development experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, experience with adult learning theory, and expertise in presenting to senior leadership.
Location: This position is preferred in McLean, VA but is open to remote candidates with a strong internet connection.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $40 - $75 per hour.

About the role
This role will be a key member of the Global Learning Team supporting the client's Learning & Development programs, serving a diverse audience of a top hospitality brand around the world. As an experienced project manager, you will bring structure, organization, and strategic clarity to complex, cross-functional learning projects. You must be eager to engage with people, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities. You should have a consistent track record of carrying out large-scale changes effectively across an organization.
Timeline: Starting ASAP for 6 months, with the opportunity to renew with performance and client need
Hours: 40 hours per week
This is an hourly W2 engagement that includes a benefits package. 401k eligibility begins after six months of continuous employment.
