Responsibilities
- Define and lead product strategy for core platform areas (authoring canvas, distribution, or response analysis).
- Identify and champion AI/ML opportunities to enhance product capabilities (e.g., question suggestions, automated analysis).
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to scope, build, and launch features.
- Prioritize and execute a roadmap that moves key metrics like send rates, engagement, and retention.
- Design and evolve collaboration and sharing features for multi-user workflows.
- Align stakeholders, use data to inform trade-offs, and iterate quickly on shipped features.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (preferred, not required) in business, CS, HCI, or related area
