Figma is seeking an Early Career Associate Product Manager to join a rotation program focused on connecting AI and design workflows across their product suite.
Responsibilities: Drive advanced product features, collaborate with PMs on vision, partner with engineering to ensure scalable systems, and engage with users to meet diverse needs.
Skills: Experience with user-facing product launches, visual design skills, understanding of design systems, and strong communication abilities.
Qualifications: Experience with AI in design or design-to-code tools is preferred; a passion for design and relationship building is highly valued.
Location: This role can be done from either San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, with no travel specified.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $85,000 - $120,000.
We're looking for user-driven and deeply technical product managers to join our rotation program. You'll help connect AI, design-to-code, and design systems workflows across Figma's suite of products, enabling our millions of users to go from idea to production faster. You'll be a liaison between design and engineering, working to solve complex user experience flows while ensuring they work for the underlying engineering architecture. This is a chance to experience all aspects of the product development process at a rapid pace while gaining exposure across multiple product areas.
