We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Product to lead Paper’s product function and own our end-to-end AI strategy. This leader will scale GROW, our flagship high-impact tutoring product, while driving innovation across our platform through AI.
You’ll play a central role in shaping how students and educators engage with Paper—balancing innovation with responsibility to ensure AI is applied in ways that build trust, safeguard equity, and drive measurable academic outcomes. By scaling effective tutoring and unlocking the power of AI, your work will make a tangible difference for students striving to reach grade level, tutors working to deliver personalized support, and teachers seeking tools that lighten their load and amplify their impact.

This role reports to the CEO and is fully remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
The annual salary range for this position is $190,000 - $210,000 USD or $150,000 - $175,000 CAD, plus equity. Please note that the final offer amount is determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
