Director of Product Management, Credit Cards and Platform

Robinhood is on a mission to democratize finance and the Money team builds products that help customers manage and move money. The Director of Product Management for Credit Cards and Platform will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company’s credit card offering and shared Money platform capabilities (disputes, fraud, collections, back-office), partnering with engineering, design, risk, compliance, data, and operations.

  • Experience with credit card features (rewards, payments, servicing)
  • Product operations and infrastructure (fraud, disputes, collections)
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • People management and hiring experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap for credit cards and Money platform capabilities across credit and banking
  • Own end-to-end product development including UX, servicing, payments, rewards, and operational workflows
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, compliance, risk, design, data science, and support
  • Manage, hire, and grow a lean, high-impact team across card product, platform product, and Money operations
  • Drive operational excellence across disputes, fraud, collections, and back-office processes
  • Operate at both strategic and tactical levels—set direction and execute when necessary
  • Measure outcomes, run experiments, and iterate using qualitative and quantitative data

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in finance/analytics are a plus
