Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap for credit cards and Money platform capabilities across credit and banking
- Own end-to-end product development including UX, servicing, payments, rewards, and operational workflows
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, compliance, risk, design, data science, and support
- Manage, hire, and grow a lean, high-impact team across card product, platform product, and Money operations
- Drive operational excellence across disputes, fraud, collections, and back-office processes
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels—set direction and execute when necessary
- Measure outcomes, run experiments, and iterate using qualitative and quantitative data
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications or coursework in finance/analytics are a plus
