The Senior Product Manager for AI Customer Solutions will lead development of AI-powered educational tools that serve teachers and students. This role focuses on building customer-facing AI capabilities while driving experimental initiatives to explore emerging applications in education. You'll work closely with educators to understand their needs and translate insights into engaging AI-powered learning experiences through both established product development and innovative experimentation. This position requires deep product intuition, customer empathy, and the ability to navigate the intersection of rapidly advancing AI technology and educational outcomes while ensuring our solutions maintain Amplify's SAFE principles (Safe, Accountable, Fair, and Effective).
Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product strategy for AI-powered educational solutions, defining how emerging AI capabilities will enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes while anticipating future technological developments. Facilitate strategic product workshops with multi-team stakeholders to align on priorities, roadmaps, and technical decisions.
End-to-End Product Leadership: Drive full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, working with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful classroom tools. Establish metrics frameworks that track both technical performance and educational impact, using data to optimize effectiveness and demonstrate value.
AI Innovation & Experimentation: Lead experimental AI initiatives and incubation projects to explore emerging educational applications, rapidly prototyping and testing new concepts with teachers and students. Conduct targeted customer research to validate experimental approaches and uncover high-impact use cases. Collaborate with AI engineers to respond to rapidly shifting capabilities, and adjust experiments and roadmaps accordingly.
Industry Leadership: Monitor EdTech AI trends and competitive landscape, positioning Amplify as a thought leader in responsible educational AI implementation. Track emerging players, funding patterns, and strategic partnerships that could reshape the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for AI educational tools, working with sales and marketing to drive adoption in an increasingly competitive market.
Compliance & Ethics:Ensure all AI products meet SAFE principles, educational standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining transparency with customers and adapting to evolving AI governance frameworks.
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
