Responsibilities
- Review and investigate suspected fraudulent alerts using internal and external tools
- Conduct end-to-end investigations to determine fraud vs. no-fraud
- Use data analysis and pattern detection to identify emerging fraud trends
- Document rationale and investigation outcomes; submit referrals to other teams as needed
- Coordinate queue management, prioritize daily tasks, and handle ad-hoc requests
- Occasionally communicate with customers about account-related fraud investigations
Education
- Currently enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program
- Expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
- Relevant majors: Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or related fields
