Skills
- Technical risk assessment and governance experience in fintech, banks, broker-dealers or related financial institutions
- Familiarity with security and technology standards and controls
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and remediation management
- Ability to analyze security/engineering data and produce actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Risk leadership to shape and implement the technology risk strategy and program
- Develop and drive methodologies and frameworks to identify, assess, manage, and report technology risks and controls
- Collaborate with senior management on risk identification, analysis, remediation and process redesign
- Serve as a trusted risk advisor and provide challenge and oversight of technology and engineering controls
- Analyze cybersecurity and technology risk data to uncover trends and strengthen regular risk reporting
- Implement risk management solutions through training, governance, and cross-functional partnership
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and evidence requirements across entities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across business, security, and engineering teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, Business, or related field (required)
- Master's degree or advanced study in related field (preferred)
