Technology Risk Senior Manager

Robinhood is building the future of finance and seeks an experienced Technology Risk Senior Manager to strengthen enterprise risk capabilities across cybersecurity, engineering, and technology-dependent domains. The role partners with senior technology and risk leaders to design frameworks, perform governance and oversight, and drive remediation and reporting to meet regulatory expectations.

Skills

  • Technical risk assessment and governance experience in fintech, banks, broker-dealers or related financial institutions
  • Familiarity with security and technology standards and controls
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and remediation management
  • Ability to analyze security/engineering data and produce actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise Risk leadership to shape and implement the technology risk strategy and program
  • Develop and drive methodologies and frameworks to identify, assess, manage, and report technology risks and controls
  • Collaborate with senior management on risk identification, analysis, remediation and process redesign
  • Serve as a trusted risk advisor and provide challenge and oversight of technology and engineering controls
  • Analyze cybersecurity and technology risk data to uncover trends and strengthen regular risk reporting
  • Implement risk management solutions through training, governance, and cross-functional partnership
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives and evidence requirements across entities
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across business, security, and engineering teams

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, Business, or related field (required)
  • Master's degree or advanced study in related field (preferred)
