Responsibilities
- Support Tax Ops roadmap, including vendor strategy, requirements gathering, and testing
- Prepare and maintain tax communications, training materials, and tax season calendar
- Participate in tax-related projects for product launches and system improvements across business lines
- Track regulatory deadlines and coordinate resources with Product and Engineering teams
- Monitor product launches, measure progress with metrics, and hold vendors to SLAs
- Collaborate with business partners to enhance customer tax reports, functionality, and help content
Education
- Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
- Expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
