Responsibilities
- Prepare financial documents, footnote disclosures, and MD&A with complete tie-out documentation under SOX controls
- Assist in preparing portions of GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists
- Conduct ad hoc disclosure benchmarking research of peer companies
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to gather information and clarify transactions
- Perform and monitor Sarbanes-Oxley controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance
- Manage multiple tasks and complete assigned projects within established timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, efficiency, and quality of reporting
Education
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree-seeking program
- Expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
- Major in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
