- Proven experience managing and growing online communities (Facebook groups, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Strong on-camera video storytelling and content creation skills
- Proficiency with design and mobile video editing tools (Canva, InShot, CapCut)
- Experience using social analytics and reporting to inform strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and customer needs
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and moderate engaged communities across Facebook groups, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create platform-specific, value-driven content and on-camera video storytelling to spark discussion and drive engagement
- Leverage user-generated content and customer success stories to highlight real-world wins
- Organize and host live discussions, Q&As, and AMAs to foster connection and feedback
- Act as the voice of the community and provide product/marketing feedback to internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to align messaging and support launches
- Track community growth, engagement, and content performance; produce weekly/monthly reports with insights
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in social/community roles accepted
