Roadtrip Nation is seeking passionate Brand Ambassadors to represent their mission and engage students in meaningful conversations about the nursing profession during a tour across the Southeastern US in early 2026.

Join us in driving impact and sharing Roadtrip Nation’s mission as part of our events team! Roadtrip Nation is looking to hire Brand Ambassadors (who we call “Roadies”) to bring our latest content, resources, and stories to engaging events as we inspire the next generation to define their own roads in life. In early 2026, we are specifically looking for Brand Ambassadors to conduct on-campus events featuring our latest docuseries, “Nursing Possibilities”. The series follows three aspiring nurses as they explore what’s possible for their future careers in health care.

Alongside this content, in this role you will engage students with activities and conversations to showcase the vast potential within the nursing profession. You will share information about the exciting career paths across the nursing profession, demonstrating how centering nurses’ experiences, voices, and expertise advocates for better health outcomes for all. You'll help students see just how many ways there are to make an impact in this industry, proving that a career in nursing can fit their unique life and goals.

We are Roadtrip Nation, a regional Emmy award-winning production company dedicated to helping individuals build a life they love! We create innovative career exploration products, including life-changing experiences, inspiring documentaries, valuable online resources, and engaging educational materials. Our mission is to empower people to craft their own unique stories and define their own exciting paths in life.

What is this?

We’re currently recruiting for a January/February 2026 tour across the Southeastern US. The tour will stop at a number of colleges, conferences, and community events to share and promote this Roadtrip Nation project. You will complete a paid, two-week training which will primarily be held at our headquarters in Southern California. Next, you’ll hit the road in the Green RV with your team for the duration of the tour (around 3-4 weeks).As a Brand Ambassador, you’re a representative of Roadtrip Nation's mission, values, history, and philosophy. You will work with your team to conduct events, manage logistics, and give presentations.

What will set me up for success in this role?

  • Knowledge of Roadtrip Nation and alignment with our mission and work
  • Availability to complete a paid, two-week training in Southern California (travel and accommodations covered)
  • Availability for events over a three to four week tour in January/February 2026 (specific dates TBD)
  • Commitment to Roadtrip Nation’s values and DEIB initiatives when interacting with the team and people we meet along the road to communicate our brand and mission
  • Previous experience as a camp counselor, club president, youth leader, or similar roles preferred
  • This job will require driving on occasion as an essential part of the role, which requires holding an active driver’s license and passing a DMV background check.

$20 - $20 an hour
